1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Poof - AI Photo Editor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Poof is an AI-powered photo editing application that allows users to transform and edit photos based on text prompts and AI algorithms.
3. User Accounts and Subscriptions
The App operates on a weekly subscription model. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
4. User Content
You may upload photos for processing by our AI. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the photos you upload. While we process your photos to provide the service, we do not claim ownership over your original content.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Intellectual Property
Users retain all rights to their original photos. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the rights to the AI-generated edits produced through the App. The App's code, design, and trademarks remain the property of Middle Middle LLC.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated results will meet your expectations or be error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Middle Middle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
